Wednesday, August 27

After resting, James serenaded all of us with some songs. We then had a nice dinner out and hit up some bars around town.

Wednesday, August 27, Mt. Cooroy

The climb was ridiculously steep...to the point where we were pulling ourselves up the "path" using tree trunks and branches...anything that we could get our hands on really. I was a bit nervous about going back down, but it end up being so much easier that I had anticipated. There was a comment book hidden in a secret place at the top. Little Mars has made her place in Mt. Cooroy history.

Wednesday, August 27, Mt. Cooroy

We started the morning at the Eumundi Markets and then headed to Mt. Cooroy for a bit of hiking. There wasn't much of a trail, just a few scattered stones we had to follow to the top. We felt prepared considering we each had a snickers bar. James noticed that everyone that makes it back from hiking always survives because they had a snickers bar.

Just because the guys have been on a plane for over 20 hours doesn't mean they don't have energy for surf lessons!
