We couldn't wait to get to the hotel (Westin Bund Center) to shower and rest after the long flight. We arrive to find out that our room isn't ready for some reason. My parents' room was fine, but they waited with us in the lobby to see what was going on. It felt like we were waiting around forever. My parents got tired of waiting and went ahead up to their room.
